Canada offers a wide range of visa types. Depending on your individual factors and dreams, you may qualify for one or more of these visas.

Visitor Visa

Every year we have approximately 20 million visitors to Canada. With either single or multiple entry, Visitor Visas, also known as a Temporary Resident Visa, are temporary visas which allow you and your family to stay in Canada and are great for a variety of reasons including:

Travelling and touring across the country meeting the friendly locals and breathtaking scenery.

Going to internationally recognized events, such as the Toronto International Film Festival or the Calgary Stampede;

Depending on your nationality, the documents you possess and reasons for coming to Canada, you may be exempt from needing a Visitor Visa. For those who do not need one, they will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).

When you apply for a Visitor Visa to come to Canada, you will be required to provide evidence to the Immigration Officer that you:

Have a genuine reason for visiting Canada

Have enough money to cover your expenses during your visit

Will leave Canada before the expiry of your visa

Are not inadmissible to Canada
